Hal has 30 years broad experience in operations, finance and administrative management in diverse industries which include architecture & engineering, construction, real estate development and manufacturing. As a senior financial executive he has directed accounting, data processing, personnel and office administration functions. He has been responsible for financial reporting, tax planning, cash management, banking relationships, risk management, systems development and coordination of legal services. Hal is a University of Minnesota accounting graduate and became a Minnesota CPA in1972. He has been active in the Minnesota Society of CPA's and AIA Minnesota.

Evelyn has been a professional accountant for over 25 years. She is a graduate of Edinburgh University and trained with Arthur Andersen & Co. (Glasgow) in their audit division. Her duties included leading and training audit teams for a wide range of industries in companies of all sizes. For the five years before joining A & E Management, she had hands on experience with both Deltek Advantage and Micro/CFMS. Her pleasant demeanor and ease in relating add to her value as a trainer. Evelyn is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.

Gene is a profit oriented manager with 35 years experience in operations, finance and administration. He has held corporate positions including Controller, Treasurer and President/CEO. His industry background includes professional services, consulting, real estate and investments, construction, manufacturing and retailing. He has adapted his expertise to a variety of growth and turn-around opportunities and has had hands on experience with a full range of financial and administrative functions. He is an accounting graduate of St. Cloud State University.
